Thank you!

This site is our way of saying "Thank you!" to our family and friends in Japan.

Thank you all for making our 2007 visit to Japan so wonderful.

We took thousands of photos on the trip, but we chose some of our favorites to share here.

As you probably know, we had three goals for this trip:

To visit our former students and their families. We had a great time doing this and we were happy to meet two new husbands, our "grandchild" and many children, fmailies, girlfriends and boyfriends. There's a whole sea of smiling faces in Our Great Friends
To do research and take photos for Helen's book about the travelers and traditions of the Tokaido. You can see some of the photos in The Tokaido Project
To prepare for bringing Helen's students to Japan in May of 2008. Some of the photos we took for the students are in Interesting & Beautiful Places

Thanks to you, we met all three goals. We're looking forward to seeing you again soon. Maybe even next year!
