About the Sierra Club
The Morning Glory Ride is one of the main annual fund-raisers for the Miami Group of the Sierra Club.
The Sierra Club's Mission
- To explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth;
- To practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources;
- To educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment.
- To use all lawful means to carry out these objectives.
The Miami Group
The Miami Group of the Sierra Club represents the Sierra Club in Southwest Ohio and strives to carry out the mission of the club locally.
We have one of the most active programs of regular outings in the nation.
